Nominate a Fellow Education Support Professional as a Leader in Your School for the Assembly Bill 394, CCSD Reorganization Organization Team

Now that the CCSD Reorganization is law, a site-based group composed of education support professionals, teachers, parents, students, and community members will make up an Organizational Team to lead your building.

The Education Support Employees Association (ESEA) is looking for education support professional leaders now that are interested in being on their respective Organizational Team for the 2017-2018 school year.

Is there a natural leader or go to person in your school? Is that person you?

Nominees will be contacted to attend a future informational session.

• An effective education support professional who is respected by her/his colleagues and a go-to person for resources and support.
• Someone who will represent all education support professionals at their school site.
• Someone who is an effective communicator, collaborator and builds consensus.
• Someone who has a good working relationship with their administration or the ability to build one
