Frack Free Politicans
Frack Free United is building both community and political opposition to fracking. At Frack Free United we believe that to stop fracking in the UK we have to collectively influence the policy makers at Westminster. By developing an extensive network of politicians, information can be shared quickly to keep you up to date with the issue.
Political pledge:
If my constituency is at threat from fracking or any associated form of onshore unconventional oil and gas exploration, I will oppose it.
If it is not a threat in my area I will oppose it nationwide.

We call for an immediate BAN of fracking and all onshore unconventional oil and gas exploration and production, including coal bed methane and acid stimulation
We believe that continuing to develop a new onshore oil and gas industry in the UK will result in unacceptable negative impacts on the climate, public health, the environment, local communities and the economy.
The greenhouse gas emissions resulting from any new onshore oil and gas exploration and production will increase climate change at a time when the UK needs to be investing heavily in clean renewable energy and moving rapidly towards a low-carbon economy.
We will only publish your name, party and constituency on the list. Your entry on to this register is in no way going to compromise your ability to sit on planning committees to consider fracking related applications, your actions are protected under the localism act.
