Did you know that staff at King and Thurston Conservation Districts have worked together to form unions? At KCD, staff collectively bargained their first contract and secured higher wages, better overtime, clear grievance procedures, and more. Unionizing gives CD staff a voice at work.

About WFSE: For over 75 years, public sector employees have organized together in our union for better working conditions, higher wages, affordable healthcare, and strong pensions. Over the years, our members have worked together to ensure that critical social, community, and conservation services are expanded.
