Thank you for your interest in helping to improve end of life options for all Arizonians.  My name is Evan Pulvers and I run Arizona End of Life Options' (AZELO) Healthcare Providers for Dignity group.  Our mission is to educate fellow Healthcare Professionals, Elected Officials, and the population in general about the various options for managing end of life care

By joining our group you'll be subscribed to AZELO's monthly newsletter as well as to updates relevant to healthcare professionals.  In addition, we have periodic "Action Alerts" where you will be asked to do things such as correspond with lawmakers to educate them about end of life options.
