Humanists in Action: Volunteer Network

Humanism is a beautiful idea.

But ideas don’t organize into advocating for secular rights, managing the minutia, or building welcoming communities by themselves. Dedicated people do.

In a world brimming with challenges, from social injustice to the rising tide of irrationality, the most powerful antidote humanists have is compassionate, coordinated action. That’s where you, and this network, come in to expand national capacity. At the AHA, we have a scrappy team of 20 dedicated humanists who need your help to amplify our impact and mission.

The Humanists in Action: Volunteer Network is a nationwide community of doers and helpers who are ready to translate our shared values into tangible change.

By joining, you’re doing more than just signing up; you are:

Connecting Your Skills to a Cause: Whether you’re a web designer, a master event planner, a storyteller, or just have a few hours to lend a hand, your talents help us all move forward.

& Building a Better Future: You'll be the first to know about high-impact opportunities, from local community service projects to national advocacy campaigns, that create a more rational and compassionate world for all.

Join the Humanists in Action: Volunteer Network today.
