A year ago, Collins Aerospace Management committed to improving working conditions and listening to our suggestions and concerns. We decided to give them an opportunity to make good on those promises. As soon as they thought the IAM Union wasn’t helping us anymore, they back tracked. Now, we want to move forward with forming OUR UNION, where we have a voice and a vote in our wages, hours, benefits and working conditions.
