End Workplace Abuse is seeking expert speakers for the End Workplace Abuse Podcast to help raise public awareness and shine a light on the perpetration of workplace abuse. Workplace bullying and the institutional complicity that fuels it violate basic human rights under the radar of any viable form of accountability.

There is an effort underway to change that: passing the Workplace Psychological Safety Act. The proposed legislation is founded on four decades of research. The phenomenon is not new. In fact, it is the largest employee exploitation to occur in the U.S. since the Occupational Safety and Health Act was enacted. The workplace practices are affiliated with significant health harm across all levels of human well being, up to and including death.
