The Gender Justice Caucus of Reclaim Philadelphia aims to raise the understanding of patriarchy as a tool of oppression through public education, base-building, coalitional work, and participating in direct actions that align with our values.

We aim to advance intersectional feminism, adopting bell hooks’ concept of the “imperialist white-supremacist capitalist patriarchy” as a framework for understanding interlocking systems of domination. We invite people of all gender identities who are interested in smashing the patriarchy to join us in this work.
