Join us for the Coalition for a Better Illinois 6th's Summer Canvass! We will be speaking to people who share our values and who voted in the 2016 Presidential Race but did not come out to vote in 2014. We'll be asking about what issues matter to voters and educating them on how their elected officials voted on those issues.

We will be encouraging them to participate in the democratic process and letting them know that the next elections will be in 2018. We will leave behind information on voting by mail and registering anyone else in the house hold that is not registered to vote. We will conduct follow up to keep these people informed.

Everyone can pick the shift that works best for them and then drop their walk lists off.  Any folks new to the canvass will be trained at the start of each shift for about 30 minutes. All the walk lists will be within a 15 minute drive or less.

The Saturday canvass shifts will be from 10-1 pm , 12-3 pm and 2-5 pm.  The Sunday canvass shifts will be from 1-4 pm and 3-6 pm.

South Canvass Headquarters: 906 Curtiss St. , Downers Grove.  

North Canvass Headquarters: 1310 W. Northwest Highway in Arlington Heights.
