We urge all members of the Progressive Caucus to co-sponsor H.R. 3103, Defending the Human Rights of Palestinian Children and Families Living Under Israeli Military Occupation Act led by Congresswoman Betty McCollum.

For decades, Israeli governments have flaunted international law and human rights. And for all of that time, U.S. funding has flowed to the Israeli military, currently to the tune of $3.8 billion every year.

H.R. 3103 will make sure that American tax dollars cannot be used by the Israeli military to imprison Palestinian children in a brutal military detention and court system; to force Palestinians out of their homes or demolish their property; or to further expand settlements and annex Palestinian land.

Progressives in Congress should be fighting for every single child to feel safe, every family to feel secure in their home, and every community to feel rooted on its land. There can be no exceptions.
