Justice for Nuclear Impacted Communities

Since the dawning of the nuclear age the United States has harmed citizens all over the country by exposing them to unsafe levels of radiation. Through activities such as mining, testing, poor storage, and cleanup, people's health has been put at risk. Despite knowing the risks of these activities the Federal Government forged on with little to no recognition of or compensation for harms done.

However, communities are fighting for justice! Currently, select few people who were exposed to radiation from our nuclear system are entitled to compensation and healthcare. But even that is set to be stripped away in 2022. Join us in the fight to extend the Radiation exposure Compensation Act (RECA) and expand it. Everyone here at home who has suffered because of our nuclear weapons should get the care they deserve.

Sign up to be kept in the loop of actions you can take to make sure that RECA is extended and expanded!
