June is Men’s Mental Health Month!

This is a month to encourage all men to take care of themselves by eating right, exercising, and working to prevent disease. And when we talk about health, we also mean mental health.

Mental health issues impact millions of men and men experience higher rates of suicide than women. But societal pressures and traditional gender roles may discourage men from speaking about or seeking help for their mental health.

We need to break the stigma around men’s mental health and work together to create a space where we can better men’s health and well-being.
