Congress has a number of recesses during the year. This is a time when Congress is not in session and members go home to do in-district work. During these recesses, Reps will often hold public town hall events where they invite their constituents to come out and ask questions.
You can use these as a key opportunity to be in person with your Rep, demonstrate support by having a bunch of activists show up, and put public pressure on them by asking direct (polite but firm) questions about their support for Medicare for All.
