Muslim Healers Constellation Network/Directory Interest Form
What/Why: The Muslim Healers Constellation (MHC) network will provide a dedicated space to connect allied Muslim healers and care workers with one another for the purposes of building community, sharing resources, fostering collective care and solidarity, and developing our capacity to mobilize in response to the health and wellbeing needs of Queer and Trans Muslims.
The MHC directory aims to bridge gaps in access to affirming health and wellness services for our community members by compiling the information of providers who have gone through our review process to assess for aligned values/practice.
Who: A healer is any person working in some capacity to provide care, support, and advocacy in matters of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health/well being, accessibility, bodily autonomy, and freedom of movement.
All modalities of healing and care work are considered, including but not limited to: doulas, therapists, medical professionals, body workers, coaches, social workers, facilitators/circle keepers, chaplains/clergy, sex workers, health educators, community organizers, and traditional healers/ folk practitioners.
How: To participate in the network space, be listed on the directory, or both please complete the following steps-
- Review QC Healing Justice Workbook and engage with the reflection questions throughout to help determine if we are an appropriate fit for one another!
- Complete the interest form questions below.
