Australian Service Union members working in the sector have a plan to help make the NDIS the best it can be. We believe in the promise of the NDIS and the human rights of people with disability who we support daily.

The NDIS promised a disability sector with high-quality services and well-supported, trained, and paid workers.

After years of neglect, we need to make the NDIS the best it can be and deliver on its promise to people with disability.

For a better NDIS we need:

✓ Our Award conditions to be protected and improved for all NDIS workers no matter how or where they work

✓ Better training and portable entitlements in the NDIS

✓ Better services to support people with disability and packages that properly fund all their needs
