This November, Californians will vote to defend democracy and our communities from an unaccountable Trump Administration.

Prop 50, the Election Rigging Response Act, is our response to Trump’s attempts to rig the 2026 Congressional Elections. It is our response to a political power grab stemming from what we all know to be true: The MAGA agenda, centered on cuts to Medicaid, tax cuts for billionaires, mass deportations, and attacks against our democratic institutions, will lose at the ballot box.

Prop 50 will temporarily redraw our state’s congressional districts to balance out the gains made by Trump and Republicans, holding them accountable and stopping their power grab.
