Although the legislature passed an historic investment to begin addressing our education funding crisis and teacher pay, both chambers took a giant step backward by dismantling nearly $75 million in revenue necessary to support our students.

Stunts like these are why Oklahomans lack any trust or confidence in the state legislature. That’s why we will be at the Capitol on Monday, April 2 and remain there until we get a deal.

We’ll begin walking on sidewalks around the Capitol and meeting with legislators. Continuous lines around the Capitol will send the strongest message.
