Stand with SoCal Hospitality Workers!

Chicago to Hawai’i; Boston to Detroit; and up and down California—more than 10,000 hotel workers went on strike in 2018. Now, after the biggest year for hotel strikes in modern memory, the momentum continues in Southern California.

Contracts for thousands of Los Angeles and Orange County hospitality workers have expired and workers have voted to strike if necessary to win the new contracts we deserve.

Hospitality is our region’s biggest industry, and business is booming. But the workers who care for our millions of yearly visitors are barely keeping up. That’s why this contract is a fight for our future.

I will stand with hotel workers throughout Los Angeles and Orange County until workers win fair new contracts. I will honor any labor dispute, boycott, or strike that workers call by not eating, sleeping, or meeting at at-risk hotels until otherwise notified.
