Recruiting Mass Mobilizers!
Extinction Rebellion (US) America (XRA) is working to expand a network of groups across the US focused on the strategy of 1) mass public mobilization and 2) nonviolent disruptive civil disobedience at such a scale that the US state and federal governments are compelled to act immediately and urgently to address our climate and ecological crises. We are seeking to recruit national Mass Mobilizers who are passionate, positive, action-oriented, and have about 30+ hours a week to dedicate over the next six to 18 months. These are contract positions that offer those in need a modest monthly stipend of $1600. In addition, all will have applicable monthly mobile phone and travel costs covered up to $75.00/mo. and $400.00/mo. respectively.
