Members of the local DSA chapter are initiating and leading the campaign to raise the minimum wage in Renton, to match that in Tukwila and Seatac.

To put this ballot initiative to the voters in November 2023, we will first need to collect almost 9,000 verified signatures by mid-June.

Please sign up and help us reach this goal. The main activity, between now and June 2023, will be tabling and canvassing, to collect 12,000-14,000 signatures, to get this ballot initiative on the ballot. Please sign up and let us know how you want to help.

You don't need to be a DSA member to join this committee, although we certainly hope that all volunteers will join eventually -- to help build a movement beyond one election.
