Shame on Ocado: YOUR SOLIDARITY NEEDED!

Hey, I'm Faiz, an Ocado driver and a member of the IWGB.

Let me tell you a little about what's going on at Ocado right now.

When we started working for them, we were all guaranteed an hourly wage of £14. But when Ocado subcontracted us to their new partner Ryde, in June, our pay fell by between 50-70%.

I make on average £50 on a 10-hour shift. We pay for our own cars, tax, fuel and insurance out of that. It works out less than £5 an hour. On top of that, we're expected to work at high speeds with heavy loads in unsafe conditions. Ocado is treating us like dirt.

We're not putting up with this. We've got organised and we're going on strike.

Now we need your solidarity....
