Sign if you agree: No guns for abusers who commit domestic violence

After the Republican congressional baseball practice shooting, it didn't take long for the media to dive into the alleged shooter James T. Hodgkinson. The right-wing media is trying to politicize the shooting, claiming his support of Bernie Sanders is the problem.

They're wrong. Hodgkinson has a sordid history that includes something many mass shooters possess: past acts of domestic violence, including an arrest for horrific acts including hitting his foster daughter and punching her friend in the face.

With a recent analysis showing that 54% of mass shootings involve domestic violence—and 43% of mass shooters possessing a history of violence, pushing for policy to taking away gun rights from domestic abusers is a no-brainer.
