It will take all of us to coming together like never before if we are going to keep it. If we fail to meet the 60% membership level, we MUST have 30% of the bargaining unit on AFSCME Showing of Interest cards so we can vote to keep our union. If Local 1184 is decertified then your contract will no longer be in effect, your protections will vanish and all pay and benefit increases could be canceled.
