Help us Save Our State!

Your Voice Matters

In February 2020, Governor Dunleavy vetoed over $400 million from the legislature's modest, bipartisan budget, thousands of Alaskans rallied to take action and defend a shared vision for our state. Together, we made our voices heard and we pressured the legislature into restoring the majority of the cuts. Now, the budget process is about to begin again and we need all hands on deck.

The Fight Isn't Over Yet

The Governor's enacted FY2020 budget is impacting communities in every corner of the state. Towns off the road system are losing ferry service for months at a time, the University System is being pressured into consolidation and ending programs, the cost of care for our elders is skyrocketing, health care for thousands or low-income Alaskans has been jeopardized, and critical resources for public safety were reduced. Despite all of this, the Dunleavy administration still plans on continuing to cut essential state services. We can expect that come December 15th when Dunleavy's FY21 budget is dropped, it will not be what Alaskans want.
