Our solidarity is our greatest strength and protection. It is the engine of our movement. An attack on one of us is an attack on all of us. A victory at one employer is a victory against all the employers. We fight together, we celebrate together, we win together.

WE STAND UP FOR OUR UNION.

We aren’t afraid to publicly Stand Up and fight for what we deserve. We will be public about our support for unionizing and fighting for higher pay and better benefits and working conditions. We won’t back down under pressure and we will encourage our coworkers to publicly Stand Up with us.  

WE STAND UP FOR OURSELVES.

Nobody is coming to save us. Nobody can win our union but us. We will do what it takes to win our union and a contract. Our organizing committee depends on us communicating frequently, coming to meetings, and carrying out the plan.

WE STAND UP FOR THE PLAN.

30 – 50 – 70 is how we win. At 30% on cards, we go public. At 50% on cards, we rally. At 70% on cards, we demand recognition.
