If the Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act passes, it would force states to honor another state's concealed carry permit -- even if that state's laws are tougher or if it does not permit concealed carry at all. This allows circumvention of gun control laws and effectively nationally reduces concealed carry legislation to that of the most permissive state.

The bill has already cleared the House Judiciary Committee, and is due for a vote on the House floor. Now is the time to act.

2) Call your US. Representative at the number shown above. Tell them you strongly oppose the Concealed Carry Reciprocity act (HR.38) and expect them to vote against laws that fly in the face of common sense gun legislation.
