Donald Trump told Greg Abbott to redraw a few Black and Latino districts in Texas to make them more Republican so he can keep his House majority — and Greg obliged, adding congressional redistricting to his upcoming special session in the Texas Legislature.

Abbott and Trump know they’re in trouble. Their polling is terrible, so they have to put a thumb on the scale to keep their slim Republican majority in the House. The plan is to take away Black and Latino voters’ power and voices in the U.S. House.
