Is Your Rent Way Too High?

Are you or your family members facing displacement or homelessness because housing costs are too high?

We invite you to join us in-person Oct. 6th, 2022 at 6:00 PM PST to put politicians on notice that this has to stop. Arizonans need tenant protections, quality housing and a robust plan to ensure nobody becomes homeless because of rising rent costs.

This housing market is clearly working for the rich, not for working class people. We need to Take Back Our Homes because our families deserve a safe place to call home.

Our vote has power and we need to send a strong message that we are watching and we will show up to the polls to fight for what our families deserve.

We will provide housing & tenant resources, food, and there will be a chance to hear from candidates and elected officials about how they plan on moving policy forward in Arizona that provides affordable housing for everyone. We will also be screening the first episode of the Rent Is Too High Documentary Series (trailer below). This event is co-hosted by United Workers United, PHX Housing Initiative Project, and Fuerte Arts Movement.
