Facebook and Instagram must stop blocking access to important, accurate medical information and further stop caving to the demands of anti-abortion activists, who frequently flood social media with purposeful disinformation with potential to cause severe mental and physical harm to those they seek to oppress, often in direct contradiction to content policies.
