Green Festival at Home: An Economy that Works for People

Wednesday 17th June

18.00 - 19.00

RSVP to be invited to the Zoom Webinar

How do we create an economy that serves people, as opposed to people living to serve the economy? What does a regenerative economy mean for your home finances? How might more resilient communities be more likely to create green work and prosperity for all?

In our second LIVE event, Green Party deputy leader Amelia Womack and Sarah Arnold from the New Economics Foundation will discuss these questions and the possible solutions a GREEN Green New Deal and a #GreenRecovery might offer.

As we’re not going to festivals this summer, we’re digitally hosting a digital Green Festival at Home. Our aim is to gather Greens to discuss how we can make the “new normal” a green society in which no one is left behind. You’re invited to a Green Party Digital BBQ and to join in a conversation with political thinkers working on new economic strategies to explore how we can #buildbackbetter.

SIGN UP TO OUR EVENT TO LISTEN IN ON THE DISCUSSION!

You may wish to carry on the conversation from 19.00 when Greens Of Colour will be hosting an be discussing the BAME VISION FOR A GREEN FUTURE, for which you must RSVP HERE
