  ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Regional Mobiliser, you will play a crucial role in supporting communities to plan, coordinate and facilitate Local People's Assemblies in the South West. You will connect with diverse community members, promote participation, and ensure that the assembly is accessible and inclusive. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in your region!

As South East Regional Mobiliser you will join our volunteer network to build relationships with local groups in the area through reaching out (in person and online) to local residents, community groups, and organizations to encourage participation and gather diverse perspectives.

You will help to funnel resources from the UK national team to local groups, and feedback on the unmet needs of local groups to the national team. You will gather insights and feedback from participants.

You should be comfortable working on a computer, using spreadsheets, and be good at learning to use digital tools (you will be trained by Assemble to use any that you are not familiar with - training and guidance is provided throughout your induction into this role).

The Assemble Mobilisation team is a friendly and supportive group. Each Mobiliser focuses on their region, but all come together in a weekly meeting to share expertise, ideas and to support each other.
