Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Arizona End of Life Options (AZELO)

AZELO's core mission is to expand end-of-life options for Arizonans and to, ultimately, make Medical Aid in Dying (MAID) available to all Arizona residents.  

As an AZELO Supporter you will be asked to contribute to our cause through Action Alerts that involve contacting legislators and other state leaders to advocate for MAID legalization.  You will also be asked to make financial contributions to help fund our activities.

If you are interested in one of our Volunteer openings then please indicate as much on the bottom part of the adjacent form.

If you are interested in getting more involved in any of the following specific areas as a Volunteer then please fill out the adjacent form and I will reach out to schedule a further discussion:

• Social Media - run some of all of AZELO's social media channels which include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram.  Volunteer should have experience posting to these social media outlets and driving increases in interactions and followers
• Digital Marketing - run some of all of AZELO's activities regarding Search Engine Optimization, Advertising on various platforms including Google, Facebook,  Volunteer should have experience with Facebook Ads; Google Ads, Google Analytics (or similar service)
• Public Relations - Develop PR strategy for AZELO; obtain placement for AZELO news features in various print, broadcast, and digital media.  Volunteer should have experience gaining placement in traditional and on-line outlets
• Legislative Advocacy - contact legislators and staff members to schedule discussions about EOL Options; research legislator's positions on topics related to EOL Options; assist in developing legislative strategy.  Volunteer should have experience with prosecuting legal issues through the State government or with proposing and promoting legislation through the State government
