Vote Yes for a Safe Massachusetts is working to protect our state's 2024 gun safety law. Last October, a coalition of gun extremists filed a petition to repeal this lifesaving law in its entirety. The question will be on the 2026 ballot. Vote Yes for a Safe Massachusetts is mobilizing a robust state-wide response to ensure that this legislation, which has been in effect since July 2024 and which for the first time regulates dangerous ghost guns, remains on the books.
