The Young Worker Training Program is designed for cohorts (workers who intend to organize a campaign together) who are seeking to organize for climate justice through their existing labor union, by forming a labor union, or through their community spaces. The program consists of one orientation session and six instructional sessions where workers learn foundational analytical frames and the key components of organizing to collectively build a successful union or issue-based campaign. Together, we’ll understand our power as workers and start building a sustainable future that puts workers first.
