Three of the counties in South Carolina's 7th Congressional District are ranked 44, 45, and 46 out of 46 in both "Quality of Life" and "Length of Life," with South Carolina as a whole having a Lifetime Risk of HIV Diagnosis rate of 1 in 86! People are dying, unaddressed. We are going to be the ones to address it!

ORSC7 is using a three phase approach to promoting the common good and general welfare of the community of South Carolina's 7th Congressional District, and accomplishing our 4 priority issues (Medicare for All, Creating Decent Jobs That Pay Living Wages, AIDS/HIV, and Empowering Tribal Nations).

First phase: restructuring as a 501c(4) and creating a subsidiary 501c(3), grassroots organizing, community involvement, and social responsibility projects

Second phase: exposing Republicans and establishment Democrats as the obstructionists they are, while expanding out social welfare efforts yearly

Third phase: run real Progressives in all offices of government, while expanding our social welfare efforts daily

We need your help accomplishing our first phase goals:

1. Open Youth Clubs, called OUR Revolution, across SC7, that pay living wages, employs local youth (>25), and is democratically run and designed by the kids (One would be located in the SC7 town on the SC/NC border that's nearest Lumberton, NC, to be called OUR Lumbee Revolution that the proceeds would go to benefit Lumbee Nation)

2. Organize a Lumbee Nation BBQ/Family Festival, coordinated with the tribe

3. Condom and Awareness Brochure Handouts

4. Establish Needle Exchanges across SC7, with partnering research, education, stigma changing, and accessibility efforts

5. Donate to Single-Payer, Job Creation, AIDS/HIV, and Pro-Tribal Nations charities, and Donate directly to Lumbee Nation

6. Organize with Single Payer, Job Creation, AIDS/HIV, and Pro-Tribal Nations groups

7. Engage in direct action/organized demonstrations in support of Single Payer, Job Creation, AIDS/HIV, and Pro-Tribal Nations

8. Support legislation and ballot measures that support Single Payer, Job Creation, AIDS/HIV, and Pro-Tribal Nations, and fight antagonistic legislation and ballot measures
