The climate crisis must be treated as the crisis it is by the state of Indiana.

Confront the Climate Crisis is a statewide campaign started by West Lafayette Climate that engages organizations and student-led action groups across Indiana in statewide climate action. By bringing youth to the forefront, we know that we can create the change that we need to see and take the next step in protecting our future. The voices of those throughout Indiana who are most affected by the climate crisis are brought to the forefront

We are currently doing the groundwork to get a climate resolution and bill introduced and passed in the Indiana General Assembly in 2022. However, to make the change we want, we need support, specifically to transition to purchase materials for climate strike events, advertise our statewide petition, and mobilize Hoosiers to gain support for climate emergency declarations. If you are able to donate, that would be extremely helpful! Our campaign doesn't have wealthy corporate donors, and we rely on grassroots donors like you to sustain our efforts and have resources for our projects.
