As you know, Marc won the Primary with a slim but solid margin of 35 votes, and we’re facing a recount beginning tomorrow and possibly a legal challenge. We are raising funds to cover the legal and related costs for the recount and any other legal challenges that may come up. Our opponent has virtually unlimited personal wealth - willing and easily able to continue spending millions more dollars on this campaign.

Following Maryland campaign finance laws, we created a new campaign entity to cover the legal costs of this post-election activity.
