No Eviction Without Representation is fighting against the power imbalance between landlords and tenants by guaranteeing free legal counsel to all tenants going through eviction. Each year thousands of our neighbors are evicted from their homes and must navigate a hostile and uncaring legal system by themselves. This campaign will levy a small fee directly on landlords to fund the legal services our community needs to fight eviction and empower working class tenants.

Your contribution will help us pay for campaign necessities such as ad buys, leaflets, yard signs, and such mundane items as clipboards and pens.

The landlords and their associates will be fighting us every step of the way, and they have deeper pockets than we ever will. Every dollar is sorely needed.
