To take on the climate and social crisis we face we need a tremendous escalation in strategic vision and tactical courage. We need to #FloodTheSystem.
With support from Rising Tide North America, Rising Tide Chicago, Michigan Coalition Against Tar Sands (MICATS) and MIssourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment (MORE) are organizing a Midwest Watershed Gathering for groups across the region responding to the #FloodTheSystem call.
Bringing together over a dozen grassroots groups from across the region the gathering will provide a space for climate groups and those from other movements to find points of intersection and develop methods and opportunities to take escalated action together.
This gathering is being organized by a volunteer team on a shoestring budget. Contribute to help make #FloodTheSystem Midwest Actions as powerful as they can be!
