The
purpose of this fund is to provide duty of care for any persons
arrested because of their actions as a member of the Creek Patrol and
Camp Mni Luzahan. Funds will be used for:

Ongoing legal support for those facing arrest and charges related to
their work with the Creek Patrol and Camp Mni Luzahan.

Travel-related expenses for those
arrested to attend hearings and trials related to their arrest.

Potential civil
litigation
for excessive force or human
rights violations related the Creek Patrol and Camp Mni Luzahan.
If
resources remain after covering
legal defense and civil litigation needs arising from the Creek
Patrol and Camp Mni Luzahan,
those
resources will be
used for addressing legal
matters related to the
protection of unsheltered Indigenous relatives and the
liberation of Indigenous
land from white
settler
colonial
control.
