Electing Women Bay Area is a community of like-minded donors who come together in support of Democratic women running for President, US Senate, and governorships. We have giving circles in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, East Bay, and Wine Country.

Members gather regularly to meet with women candidates – incumbents and non-incumbents – in small, intimate settings to discuss politics and policy and to exchange ideas. Our goal is to support women candidates more robustly while creating intention and meaning around individual political giving. Women make up only 24 percent of Congress, even with the historic gains of 2018.

EWBA is a member of the Electing Women Alliance, a national network of giving circles in cities around the country, including Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, DC, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Santa Fe, Seattle, Silicon Valley, Sonoma and Vail. Circles are forming in Cleveland, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, and Phoenix, among others.
