OUR MISSION:

The Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act would be the most pro-worker legislation since the New Deal. The bill would:

• make it significantly easier for workers to form unions;
• repeal racist state-wide right-to-work-laws;
• allow gig workers and freelancers to unionize;
• grant certain protections to workers organizing regardless of immigration status;
• give stronger enforcement teeth to National Labor Relations Board (NLRB); & more.

By passing the PRO Act, we will build working class power, reverse decades of economic inequality, and ensure the capacity to win a just transition to a green economy.
