The “Give Us a Reason to Vote” campaign acknowledges the conditions that lead voters to disengage. With the tumultuousness of the current political climate, marginalized voters have issued a political call to move beyond the “lesser of two evils.” With little to no infrastructure to hold this type of politic, these communities have become disengaged and disillusioned. This is especially true among Black, Muslim, student and refugee communities. We must hit the ground running with an aim to expand the electorate and to activate neutral and disillusioned voters.
