The New Organising Conference, founded in 2023, brings organisers together from across the movement: from the grassroots to the unions, big and small, old and new; to organise and fight for justice, in workplaces and communities across the UK and beyond. Focused on building power for all working people, especially those marginalised by broken systems; it's central to the conference that the fight for workers’ rights is deeply connected to the fight for racial, gender, and migrant justice. Our mission is to unite these struggles and build collective power.
