North Sydney 4 Refugees is a new local action group for people living north of the harbour in Sydney. We are a part of the #RightTrack movement for safety, fairness and freedom for people seeking asylum.

We are part of a growing movement of people from all walks of life who feel deeply uncomfortable about how our government chooses to treat people seeking asylum.

We stand for fairness and dignity over fear.

Our shared voice is informed by the lived experience of those seeking asylum and we stand with the men, women and children who come here seeking fairness, safety and freedom.

To create a fair asylum process we need to work together to bring people into a conversation which is guided by our shared values, not political point-scoring or the politics of fear.

We're stepping up because when the people lead, our politicians follow.
