Rising Fourth is a community group in the 4th PA Congressional District dedicated to opposing presidential and legislative actions inconsistent with these values:

·         Diversity, inclusiveness and racial justice

·         Fair treatment of immigrants that have made (or are seeking to make) America their home

·         Protection of the  environment for this and future generations

·         Economic fairness

·         Adequate health care for all Americans

·         Women’s reproductive rights

·         Voting rights and fair Congressional and state legislative districts

·         High quality public education for all
