Save Williamstown is a community campaign made up of residents and friends of Williamstown. We are fighting to save the heritage of our town, keep Williamstown safe, and protect jobs in the local shipbuilding and maritime industries which have been the lifeblood of Williamstown since the settlement of Melbourne in 1835.

We aim to stop Nelson Place Village Pty Ltd from building unsustainable and inappropriate high rise and high density residential towers on the former Port Phillip Woollen Mill site (an area bounded Nelson Place, Ann St, Cecil St, Aitken St and Kanowna St). We want to see development on the site that benefits the many, and not just the few.
