The March Was Just the Beginning

Golden, CO

Hello beloved sisters! I write this on inauguration day (though not published) and change is afoot. If you’re reading this, you probably have the same anxious feeling that I do. Never, in my lifetime, has a strong and united front among women and all the people of our country been so important. Especially not as we watch the rights, that so many before us fought for, being threatened. I keep going back Michelle’s quote, “When they go low, we go high” but how can we do that now that the election is over? How can we, as women without a ton of time, challenge the hateful values that we see bolstered by the new administration? Because, if we want to make a difference, it’s not just about refusing to participate in the hate, it’s about counteracting it… daily, in real, frequent and meaningful ways. I’d love to find like minded women to gather in a no pressure, loving and supportive environment to brainstorm ways to challenge the new status quo in the days/years ahead and hear from wonderful women leadership who are already in the fight. Please join us for these gatherings, bringing your open hearts, ideas and best intentions to change the world through a community of strong and diverse women who want to mobilize, in small and big ways, for our future.

Make no mistake, there will be immense beauty in this challenge if it reminds us of the sisterhood we have forgotten and allowed to go dormant, if it reminds us of the immense and awesome power of women coming together under a collective intention. Kellyanne Conway said she didn’t see ‘the point’ in hundreds of thousands of women all over the globe coming together. I think it’s time we showed her. I’m ready. Are you?

I look forward to seeing you.
Much love, Sarah.
