Waco Friends of Peace--Climate is a Waco, Texas area group dedicated to combating climate change through education and direct action. We undertake climate change action related to our local situation and participate in solidarity in national and international actions. We believe climate change education is vital : our monthly meetings provide ongoing education through lectures or documentaries on the topic. Our meetings are the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the Westbank meeting room of Poppa Rollos Pizza, 703 N.
