The Women’s Council was the founding group of ORNCSD.

The Women’s Council is open to any member of the ORNCSD General Membership willing to commit to active involvement on the Council. Six (6) members of the Women’s Council shall be a quorum to conduct business using a consensus decision-making process. Five (5) Women’s Council members shall be part of the Steering Council. The Women’s Council meets weekly. The Women’s Council shall create, develop, and coordinate Action Teams
